Divina Dancewear guarantee’s quality and satisfaction. If the product you purchased directly from Divina Dancewear is not what you expected, please return it to us for a refund or exchange. The product must be returned unworn with Divina Dancewear tags attached, in re-sellable condition, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Soiled, worn, damaged, visibly used or laundered items may not be returned. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Please note, you will be responsible for the return freight charge. The only freight charges that are refunded would be for a product that has a manufacturer's defect, or if we have shipped your order incorrectly. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.
